We'll thoughtfully incorporate kids, pets, toys, existing pieces, organization, mess, style, reality, budget, function, and fun to transform your space into one that celebrates each member of your household and works for how you (really) live. Our highly collaborative design process includes meticulous project management, weekly check-ins, consistent communication, and real-time budget tracking — you focus on the fun decisions, we'll handle all the details.

Design & Project Management Fee is determined based on project scope but typically ranges from $40,000-60,000, with furnishing budget of $60,000-200,000, for total project budget of $100,000-250,000. Projects usually include at least 3 rooms.

- Trade discount (usually 20% off retail) helps partially offset the Design & roject management fee
For Distance Design clients:
- Weekly Zoom meetings continue just as they do for local clients
- We'll help gather space measurements by either guiding you through the process or finding a local professional
- We’ll coordinate directly with contractors to ensure they have organized, detailed plans
- You receive the same meticulous project management, resources, and trade access

2 Rooms, 12 Weeks

Transform 2 rooms on an efficient timeline

Create a pair of rooms you'll love coming home to through our streamlined design process. We'll thoughtfully incorporate your family's needs and style while keeping you on track with clear milestones. You'll get designer results and our full creative partnership, while managing the implementation phase yourself to keep costs more accessible. Also available as a one-room option.

- Complete your transformation in 3 months
Total project budget ranges from $25,000 - $50,000 and is comprised of (a) furnishing budget of roughly $10,000 - $30,000 and (b) Design & Project Management Fee, which averages $20,000 (to be determined based on the number of items to be selected) though is typically roughly comparable to the furnishing budget.

Budget-Conscious Design Support
Room Refresh Package (10 items) - $6,250
Comprehensive guidance with selection of 10 items for a cohesive room refresh
- Focused support for updating key pieces in your space
- We’ll determine what 10 items will have the biggest impact on your room, and coach you through a process to select each of those items. (For example, for your living room we might prioritize updating your sofa, arm chair, rug, coffee table, media console, window treatments, overhead lighting, artwork over the mantle, a lamp, and paint or wallpaper.)
- What's Included:
  - Four (4) 60-minute Zoom consultation calls
  - Curated Pinterest sourcing system (you do the sourcing but we give you clear guidance and help you narrow down choices once you’ve pulled some options)
  - Three design concept schemes
  - Prioritized action plan and shopping list
- Ideal for: Clients seeking strategic, budget-minded design support
Limitations of Room Refresh package:
- Consultation limited to 10 specific items
- No in-person site visits
- No purchasing or procurement services included; available for an additional fee

Floor Plan ($1,000)
- Professional layout visualization
- Ensures furniture fit and optimizes traffic flow
Budget strategy ($500)
- Budget created in Google Sheets, with recommended budget for each item
- Tailored to your unique needs and budget
Sourcing ($1,850 for 5 items)
- Sourcing of 3-5 options for you to consider for each of 5 priority items
- For example, we’ll share 5 options for coffee tables, 4 options for sofas, 5 options for a rug, 3 options for window treatments, and 3 options for lamps for your specific space
Purchasing ($750 for 5 items)
- Orders are placed for you
- You receive our trade discount (typically 20% off retail prices; discount cannot be combined with other sales or promotions)
Styling guidance ($650)
- An additional Zoom call to cover art placement and / or styling surfaces and accessories
- Written guidance sent after call
Design schemes ($850)
- One-page visualization shows how selected pieces work together
- Especially helpful for color and pattern coordination
