Design & project management fee is determined based on project scope but typically averages $10,000 per room (with multiple rooms per project)
Flat fee based on project scope – no surprises!
Trade discount (usually 20% off retail) helps partially offset the design & project management fee
Project timelines average about 4-5 months for every 2 rooms in a project (so expect 8-10 months for a 4-room project, for example)

For Distance Design clients:
Weekly Zoom meetings continue just as they do for local clients
We'll help gather space measurements by either guiding you through the process or finding a local professional
We’ll coordinate directly with contractors to ensure they have organized, detailed plans
You receive the same meticulous project management, resources, and trade access
