From the furniture you’ll use every day to the artwork and accessories, every choice is made with your life in mind. We'll guide you through the full design process, from brainstorming your vision to carefully selecting every element. Our role stays strong through procurement and the installation phase, giving you a clear roadmap and communication through the life of your project. While you’ll handle things like receiving and unpacking deliveries and letting in contractors, we make sure every task is coordinated with precision and expert oversight.
We empower you to have a clear voice in the process while we take care of the heavy lifting — from organizing deliveries to managing installation schedules, our meticulous project management means your vision is brought to life on time, within budget, and without unnecessary stress. And our flat fee based on your project’s unique scope ensures transparency — no hidden fees, no markup on purchases — just honest guidance to help you make thoughtful choices for your home.

What's needed from you:
Weekly collaboration: Our approach is highly collaborative; we'll meet with you for an hour each week via Zoom throughout the life of your project. We need your active participation, feedback, and decision-making during these meetings to ensure your space thrills you once complete.
On-site presence: We coordinate, schedule, and manage all details of installation. However, we do this off-site and you are required to be present during installations and contractor labor to let in painters, wallpaper hangers, electricians, and other contractors. If needed, we can arrange on-site management for an additional cost.
Receiving and unpacking deliveries: You’ll be responsible for receiving and unpacking deliveries. Items will be shipped directly to your home or project site for efficiency. We schedule white-glove delivery for larger furniture, and if that’s not available, we’ll coordinate assembly services as needed. If you are unable or unwilling to receive and unpack deliveries, we can arrange receiving services for an additional cost.

We typically dedicate about 3 months to fully design 2 rooms at a time. We focus on a pair of rooms together to ensure each space receives the attention it deserves. If a project includes only a single room, the design process takes about 3 months.
During this time, we'll:

Develop visual presentations of how everything will work together
Present multiple options for each selection
