What happens in our Zoom design sessions?

Each 60-minute Zoom meeting has clear objectives:

  • Week 2: Review site visit findings, confirm direction

  • Week 6: Gather your feedback on initial design concepts

  • Week 8: Gather your feedback on design schemes

  • Week 10: Finalize all selections

How involved do I need to be?

Success requires your engaged participation:

  • Timely response to communications

  • Attending weekly meetings prepared

  • Making confident decisions within timeline

  • Managing installation phase

How is installation handled?

We provide:

  • Detailed floor plans

  • Trusted vendor recommendations

  • Installation guidelines

You manage:

  • Scheduling contractors

  • Receiving deliveries

  • Coordinating installation

The Investment

Total project budget typically ranges between $25-50K, including:

  • Design & project management fee (~$20K)

  • Furnishings budget ($15-30K)

Payment schedule:

  • $2,500 non-refundable deposit (covers site visit and scope creation)

  • 50% of remaining fee due at contract signing

  • 25% due at Week 6, after design schemes are presented

  • 25% due at Week 10, (when final plans are approved, before orders are placed)

Trade discount (usually 20% off retail) helps partially offset the design & project management fee. And because we collect a flat fee for a clearly defined project scope, there are no surprise fees.
