What happens in our Zoom design sessions?
Each 60-minute Zoom meeting has clear objectives:
Week 2: Review site visit findings, confirm direction
Week 6: Gather your feedback on initial design concepts
Week 8: Gather your feedback on design schemes
Week 10: Finalize all selections
How involved do I need to be?

The Investment
Total project budget typically ranges between $25-50K, including:
Design & project management fee (~$20K)
Furnishings budget ($15-30K)
Payment schedule:
$2,500 non-refundable deposit (covers site visit and scope creation)
50% of remaining fee due at contract signing
25% due at Week 6, after design schemes are presented
25% due at Week 10, (when final plans are approved, before orders are placed)
Trade discount (usually 20% off retail) helps partially offset the design & project management fee. And because we collect a flat fee for a clearly defined project scope, there are no surprise fees.
